Smithfields Restaurant and Bar located in Ashland, Oregon is a neighborhood steakhouse restaurant and bar which specializes in sustainable “nose-to-tail” dining (utilizing the whole animal) and in-house charcuterie.

Smithfields Restaurant and Bar is open for dinner Tuesday through Sunday from 5:00 pm to Close; and open for brunch Saturday and Sunday from 10 am – 2:30 pm. Come and enjoy an original meaty brunch menu.
