Smithfields Restaurant and Bar located in Ashland, Oregon is a neighborhood steakhouse which specializes in sustainable “nose-to-tail” dining (utilizing the whole animal) and in-house charcuterie.

We source our meat, fish, produce, beer and wine from over 20 independent and local suppliers to create our menus.

We recommend that you make a reservation beforehand, however, walk-ins will be accepted if seating is available.
